Refund Policy
Please be aware that your mattress purchase is non-refundable. It is because Mattress Manufacturers are regulated by both State and Federal law, not to resell used bedding. GFA will however, in the unlikely event, promptly exchange your purchase if it is discovered that the product is defective either in component or workmanship. Please contact our customer service department for instructions on getting your item exchanged.
Although your own personal Comfort Level would be best determined on the showroom floor, but you are not able to visit our Mattress Factory Outlets, please contact our customer service department if you need help in deciding which comfort level would work best for you.

We have over 40 varieties of mattresses in stock on our showroom floor, including a large variety of futons and frames.
A factual necessary dilemma that exists with brand names is that the manufacturer is forced to spend millions on advertising simply to maintain market share. They have to spend on things like ad agency fees, production fees, co-op fees, franchise fees and advertising costs just to name a few. Of course these expenses are passed on to the consumer when they purchase a mattress from the Big Brand Stores.
One industry report release indicated that, on the average, the Brand Name manufacturers charge 35-40% more than factory built mattresses-just to offset advertising. Our top of the line mattresses are constructed with the same features as nationally advertised brands, but they cost less-MUCH less! This is because we do not pass along the costs of expensive ad campaigns to our customers.
